How to Zoom

How to join our Zoom rooms

1. Click on “Book a class” to see currently offered classes.

2. Click the class you’d like to join to find available dates and times

3. Select your sliding scale price and pay what you can for the class

4. After checkout, check your email for a link to the class in your confirmation email

5. If it’s your first time using Zoom, download the program on your phone, tablet or computer (no account or payment necessary to use the program) https://zoom.us/download
   You can use zoom on phones, tablets, laptops, or connect one of those devices to a TV.

6. To join a class you have two options:

   1. Click the link in your confirmation email to automatically open our zoom class

   2. Open zoom and click “Join a Meeting”
      Enter the meeting ID

7. Be sure to turn on your video and join with computer audio so you can hear Kate. Kate has a big screen TV that she views all the virtual attendees in Gallery View and can give feedback on posture and
